About Peg Solitaire
Peg Solitaire is played on a cross-shaped board with 32 pegs and one empty hole in the middle. A move is a jump: one peg hops over a neighbour into an empty hole straight beyond it, and the peg that was jumped is removed.
Keep jumping until no moves remain. Leaving three or fewer pegs is a good result, a single peg is excellent, and a single peg in the centre hole is the perfect finish that players have chased for centuries. Select a peg and the holes it can reach are highlighted.
How to play
Jump pegs over each other to remove them. Jumps are horizontal or vertical only. Finish with as few pegs as possible — ideally one.
