Thirteen

Thirteen is a patience game with a single rule. Twelve cards are dealt face up. Tap any two that add up to thirteen — a 6 and a 7, a 10 and a 3, a queen and an ace — and they are removed and replaced from the deck. Aces count as 1, jacks as 11 and queens as 12. A king is worth thirteen by itself and goes with a single tap.

Clear all 52 cards and you win. The game ends early if no remaining pair makes thirteen. There is often more than one pair available, and choosing which to take first decides whether the last few cards work out.

Remove pairs totalling 13 and single kings until the deck and table are empty.
