Slide Fifteen

Slide Fifteen is the traditional sliding tile puzzle. Fifteen numbered tiles sit in a 4×4 frame with one empty space, shuffled out of order. Slide tiles into the gap one at a time until they read 1 to 15 from left to right, top to bottom.

Tiles turn green when they are in the correct position, which helps you see your progress. Every shuffle can be solved. A reliable approach is to finish the top row first, then the second row, and solve the last two rows together.

Arrange the tiles in numerical order with the empty space in the bottom-right corner. Your move count is shown at the top — try to finish in as few moves as you can.
