About Number Memory

Number Memory measures your digit span — how many digits you can hold in mind at once. A number appears on the screen for a short while. When it disappears, enter it on the keypad.

You start with three digits. Each correct answer adds one more, and longer numbers stay visible a little longer. Most adults can manage about seven digits; getting beyond that takes a trick, such as reading the number in groups of three or four, the way people remember phone numbers. One mistake ends the game and shows the number you missed.

How to play

Memorise the number, then type it once it has gone. Each correct answer makes the next number one digit longer.
