Fishing Pond

Fishing Pond is a relaxed fishing game with a tense finish to every catch. Cast your line and watch the float. Nothing happens for a few seconds — and striking early scares the fish away — but when the float dips and the exclamation mark appears, strike straight away or the fish is gone.

Then comes the fight. A meter shows the fish darting up and down, and you control a green bar: hold the button to raise it, let go to let it sink. Keep the bar over the fish and the catch meter fills; lose it and the meter drains until the fish escapes. There are five kinds, from minnow to pike. The larger ones move faster and slip away sooner, and are worth more, from 10 to 50 points.

Catch as many fish as you can before the 90 seconds run out. Bigger fish score more.
