Winnie smiled. “Why would it be a bother? When we visited Wiltspoon last time, President Brown, you set aside your work to spend the entire day with us. Now that you’ve come to Donimingon, we’re the hosts, so it’s only right that we take good care of you.”
She continued, “How long will you be staying this time? Will you head back as soon as your work is finished, or will you stay a couple more days?”
If Sonny remained in Donimingon a little longer, she wanted to show him around the city, treat him to the local specialties, and take him to some of its famous attractions.
Sonny replied, “If everything goes smoothly, I should finish within a week. Then I might stay another day or two to relax. Otherwise, I’ll head back as soon as the work is done.
I also have another company that needs my attention, and my business partner has other responsibilities to handle.”
A trace of disappointment crossed Winnie’s face.
“Only a week? Well, if we plan carefully, we should still be able to squeeze in a day or two to show you around. Like I said before, whenever President Brown comes to Donimingon, I’ll do everything I can to be a good host.”
