Belle clearly remembered seeing Milo every month.
He would conveniently schedule business trips to the city where she attended university, staying a few extra days to spend time with her.
The York Corporation had opened a branch there. Whenever headquarters needed to send someone, Milo was always the one who went.
“Brother Titus, take care of yourself,” Belle said. “Don’t overwork.”
“I’m used to it,” Titus replied. “Now that Cousin Sonny has gone back to Wiltspoon, things are heavier. Once he comes next month, I’ll be able to breathe a little.”
“You should eat,” Titus added. “I can’t keep chatting. I have a meeting.”
“When you have time, bring Sister Jennifer over for dinner,” Belle said warmly. “It’ll be lively next time.”
