“Since she’s coming on Saturday, it should be the three of them,” Callum replied.
Normally, their child would be at kindergarten and Tim would be at work, so only Dr. Carden usually came. But this time, the schedule lined up.
Alex responded with a simple, “Oh,” then added with clear anticipation, “I’ll tell Aitana later. She’ll definitely be happy.”
He had promised Aitana that he would introduce her to Dr. Carden, and he could finally keep that promise.
“Second Brother, you’re busy. I’m heading back to work,” Alex said.
He had already decided to take Callum’s advice—to confess in the flower field at Wildridge Manor this Saturday. The vast sea of flowers there didn’t even need to be cut; the natural scenery alone would be romantic enough.
