Camryn laughed. “Third Aunt, what are you saying? Alex isn’t incapable of finding a wife. If he wanted to, plenty of girls would line up to marry him. How could he possibly bring a man home? If he even tried, his brothers would beat him up before anyone else could.”
Callum added dryly, “I’m not surprised by Third Aunt’s comment. In the eyes of our elders, we all seem hopeless—like nobody would ever want us.”
This also showed how open-minded their elders were.
As Madisyn often said, as long as the boys brought home a woman and not a man, the family would already be grateful. They weren’t picky beyond that.
