Serenity ended the call.
She turned to Zachary and said, “Auntie’s on her way over. She said she’s been missing Belle.”
Zachary smiled. “Good. Once she’s here, we can head out.”
Audrey arrived quickly. She and Zachary chatted for another ten minutes before Zachary urged the couple to leave for work. Only then did Zachary and Serenity finally head out to their respective companies.
