Grandma had said the old playground was originally meant for her sons. Now that they were grown, it was time to update everything for the next generation.
“Okay,” Maverick nodded.
The snacks River ordered arrived. He turned to Serenity and said, “Sister-in-law, have some snacks first. Afterward, I’ll take you to my place. I already asked the butler to prepare a bunch of your favorite dishes.”
