After visiting Aitana’s apartment, the two left Wiltspoon Garden.
Aitana needed to go home and rest.
Alex drove her back, said goodbye to Uncle and Aunt Pollock, and then headed off.
He didn’t return to Wildridge Manor. He’d already seen his sister-in-law; there was no need to go back now. Besides, if he showed up again, his mother would probably kick him out. It was better to go back to his own little home.
When Alex arrived by taxi, he noticed Rowan’s car parked in his yard.
How does Rowan have time to be here? Alex muttered under his breath as he stepped inside.
The young butler, hearing movement, came out smiling. “Eighth Master, Master Maverick and Miss Belle are here with Young Master Rowan.”
