Zachary laughed. “River’s devious—but what do you expect? Look who trained us. Since he’s locked her in, you should come home early. I miss you so much.”
“We agreed to stay for ten days,” Serenity reminded him. “It’s still early.”
“Babe, if you count the day you left, we’re already halfway through,” Zachary said. “It’s not early at all.”
