Chapter 4540
Romina didn’t wake until nearly noon the next day—her hunger finally dragging her out of sleep.
She’d drunk so much the night before but barely eaten a thing. That empty stomach might’ve been the reason she got so drunk. Now that she was well-rested, she wasn’t even hungover—just a little sore, but nothing she couldn’t handle.
Realizing she was still in last night’s evening dress, Romina made her way to the bathroom, took a hot shower, changed clothes, and slowly walked downstairs.
But even before she reached the bottom step, she noticed something strange.
Her parents, her brothers, and her grandfather were all sitting in the living room. No one was speaking. The whole house felt tense and quiet.
Why wasn’t anyone talking?
Hi Baxter. Any chance we can get all or at least (10) chapters released at a time? Thank you!
The author always seems to slow down when the book gets interesting
Please update more chapters for us we enjoy this book
I’ve been trying to hold off from reading until days/weeks later so that I won’t be disappointed having to stop after only a few chapters. Getting so tired of waiting.
